I got the wrong order after waiting for a few weeks. When I reached out via email to let them know, they didn’t respond at all.

Total scam! I ordered some shorts, but they never showed up! Man, I wish I had looked into this site before.

This company is a total scam, and their customer service is nonexistent. I sent emails, tried calling, and got no reply. The item I got is not what I ordered. They really ought to mention that the product ships from China right away; if I had known, I wouldn't have made the purchase in the first place.

I just got my order and it was awesome! No kidding. I was a bit worried after reading the reviews once I had already placed my order, thinking, 'If this goes south, I'm out $40.' Luckily, everything turned out great! The fit was spot on. I wear a 40w, and the XL brief fit like a glove! Plus, it even includes a modesty pad in the front. I was super pleased! Just went ahead and ordered two more briefs.

The item didn’t ship from the US, and I tracked its delivery using the SHOP app. It took about two weeks to get here from China.

First off, this company ships from China, which leads to a few problems: 1. Expect shipping to take a while. You should plan for at least two weeks. That’s assuming they actually get your order processed in the promised 24-48 hours. I got a bit cranky and sent a not-so-nice email after waiting 72 hours without any shipping details, and they finally got it moving. 2. I've used this same payment method for other purchases that turned out to be total scams, and they never give your money back. They expect you to pay for returning the item. TO FREAKIN' CHINA. One time, I ordered a metal dish rack for over the sink, and what I got were three tiny plastic trays, like the kind you’d use for letters but way smaller. I showed Paypal the pics of what I ordered versus what I got, and they didn’t do a thing. So just a heads up.

Once I placed my order, I stumbled upon some pretty terrible reviews, which made me rethink my decision and I ended up cancelling it. The bank even halted the payment. Fast forward about 3 to 4 weeks later, and guess what? The order showed up, and it was a stunning pair of bright blue trunks. I didn’t actually pay for them since I had cancelled, but I felt a bit bad for having told the bank about those negative reviews that put the company on their naughty list. Looks like I might be one of the rare folks who had a decent experience.

There’s just no customer support at all. I tried to send back an item and didn’t hear back after a week of emailing. The phone line is constantly busy. Honestly, this place feels like a scam.

After seeing all those negative reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. I was thinking, 'Man, I must've been duped. At least it wasn't a huge order.' But today, the package arrived, and it was exactly what I wanted. The fit is spot on, and I’m really pleased. The only downside? It took a couple of weeks to get here.

This is a completely fraudulent operation. I really wish I had checked out these reviews first. I received something entirely different from what I had ordered, and now there's no way to reach the company; the phone just gives a busy signal. DON'T LET YOURSELF GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID BY THESE PEOPLE!

Absolutely terrible experience, I can't recommend this shop at all. Had no clue they were based in China or something like that. I placed an order for a swimsuit on March 29, 2022, and here we are on April 21, 2022, and still nothing has shown up. Customer support? What customer support? I'm pretty sure when it does finally get here, it won't fit right. From what I've seen, sizes in Asia run way smaller than what we have in the US. Like, an XXL over there is more like a large here. So, yeah, I'm pretty frustrated. Plus, there was no mention that shipping would take this long. I can deal with that from places like Wish.com, but when you claim to be operating from the USA, that's just misleading. So, just a heads up for future buyers!

Believe the negative feedback. This feels like a complete scam. Sure, they might ship you something, but it definitely won't be what you asked for. This isn't a Western operation; they're located in Asia. STAY AWAY.

I'm writing to follow up on my earlier negative experience. For several months, I've attempted to reach out to this company. No replies to my emails, no responses to my inquiries on their website, and every time I call, I just get a busy signal, no matter the hour. Their disclaimers mention they're under Canadian law, yet their phone number is based in Florida. This company feels fraudulent.

I'm really let down by this business! I ordered some swimwear two months back, and I still haven't gotten it. I've sent a bunch of emails, but no one has replied. I wish I had checked out these reviews before making my purchase. Seriously, steer clear of this company.

Seriously, steer clear of this company! Their shipping is super slow, and good luck getting a response when you need a return authorization. They just don’t reply to any messages you send. The only reason I’m giving them a single star is that this platform won’t let me leave a zero-star review. I checked the box below to inform Waves and Trunks about my experience, but I’m pretty sure they’ll use the same email I’ve been reaching out to, so I doubt they’ll care much.
